Here are some excellent combinations of green smoothies to boost your immune system and revitalize your body Honeydew & Dandelion Victoria Boutenko [Yields 2 quarts] 1 honeydew (peeled with seeds removed) 1 large bunch dandelion greens Purple Teeth Masquerade Valya Boutenko [Yields 2 quarts] 1 pint blackberries 1 ripe banana 1 mango 7 leaves of dinosaur kale (stems removed) 2 cups water Grandiose Grape Smoothie Stephan Boutenko [Yields 2 quarts] 3 cups green or red grapes (seedless) 2 pears 2 cups water 1 banana 5-7 leaves of beet greens Berry Blue Smoothie Victoria Boutenko [Yields 2 quarts] 2-3 cups water 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries 1 ripe pear ½ bunch of purple kales The Laughing Gorilla Valya boutenko [Yields 2 quarts] 1/2 head of romaine lettuce 2 ripe peeled and frozen bananas 2 oranges (with seeds removed) 1 mango 2 cups water (Warning, consumption of smoothie may result in spontaneously occurring, extremely contagious gorilla laughter.)
