Iced Chai Masala (Spiced Tea) 20 Stash brand Chai Spice Tea bags (de-caf or regular) 14 C. water, divided 2 C. plain soy milk 1/2 C. agave nectar Place tea bags and 8 C. water in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in agave nectar. Add remaining 6 C. water and soy milk. Place in large pitcher and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice. Makes 1 gallon. For one serving, pour 1 C. boiling water over a single tea bag. Brew 5 minutes. Add 1 Tbs. agave nectar and 2 oz. soy milk (or to taste).
