Spaghetti Salad [Shirley Ryman] 1 sm package spaghetti, cook, drain 1 red onion, chop cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes, chopped) 1 green pepper, chop 1 cucumber, chop 1/4 c wine vinegar 1 (8 oz) bottle Italian Dressing 1 package Italian Dressing Mix Toss cooked spaghetti, with chopped vegs. Mix vinegar with bottled Italian dressing and dry seasoning. Pour over spaghetti & vegs. Garnish with tomatoes just before serving. Variation: Fresh mushrooms may be used.
