Pineapple Baked Beans 2 cans [approx 15.5 oz ea] red beans, drain 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, drain 1 onion, dice 2 cloves garlic, mince 1/2 c barbeque sauce or catsup 2 TBS maple syrup or raw sugar 1/4 c molasses 1 TBS soy sauce 1 tsp dry mustard pepper to taste Mix all together in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours. Can be baked in 300 F over for 2-3 hours.
