Hummus 2 cans [approx 15 oz ea] garbanzo beans 2 roma tomatoes 1 medium onion [approx 1 cup] 4 tsp lemon juice 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp paprika salt to taste Puree in food processor until completely smooth. Garnish with parsley. Serve with chips, crackers, pita or other bread.
