Celery
Pineapple
Nuts

Usa as much as you like of the ingredients.
One apple can make a salad for 1 or 2 persons.

Dressing for Salad

Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise
Liquid from pineapple or any fruit juice
Agave, or any natural sweetner
Cinnamon

Blend together for the thickness desired.
