Blueberry Bread - sugarless 1 cup rolled-oats 1 cup whole wheat flour 1c splenda 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp salt 2 bananas 1/2 cup dry blueberries 1/2 cup orange juice 3 TBS non-dairy creamer 1 cup water 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Pre-heat over to 350 deg F. Mix well, first 5 ingredients. Grind bananas in food processor. Add bananas, and next 5 ingredients to the dry and mix well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 30 mins. You may 'knife test' after 20 min to ensure that the center is cooking.
