Black Bean Salsa 3 (15 oz) cans black beans, drain, rinse 1 (11 oz) can Mexican-style corn, drain 2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes w/ green chili peppers, partly drained 2 tomatoes, dice 2 bunches green onions, chop Cilantro leaves, for garnish In large bowl, mix together beans, corn, tomatpes & onions. Garnish w/cilantro. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Makes 40 - 2 oz servings
